Nice… Im on a quest to get my Abs right now, it shouldnt take that long. im 18 and i weigh 133 lbs and im at 12.6 % body fat. I hear that you should be atleast 10% or under so recently i have been lifting weights and eating alot healthier. Do you have an idea about how long it would be til i show lower abs? (im only showing the 4 upper right now =/) Thanks

chin ups done correctly stimulate abs, if you want to see your abs you are better of doing squats, press, pull-ups, deadlifts, and cleans, than direct ab work, concentraing on the abs helps a couple times a week but dont pay too ignore your core lifts, they are more important for abs
you need to gain weight my dood, you wll look like a holocaust servivor if you can see your abs at 18 133. you will see you abs at 10%, just wait until you are at least 160 before thinking about abs, unless you are 4′2″. good luck and gain weight.
