i can do 3000 of these and i have flat stomach.

one day high carb low protein
other day high protein low carb
and the third is low energy-no protein-vegan day.
probably cause you dont have any muscle’s if you know what i mean
… cant make make anything if you dont have the material buddy
… although ive never done this exercise so i wouldnt know how effective it is

ive been kickboxing and practising muay thai for a loong time. i bigger muscles mean more weight and thats a suicidal for me.
im guessin my problem is water retention in muscles and/or genetic problem with ab wall..
i can watch a whole movie doing various ab exercises or take numerous kicks to a stomach area with no problems at all but abs arent ripped and thats it.. hm. maybe i dont even need them since im more into function than form..

thats the problem u have to switch it up never do the same routine
