What the hell has this got to do with Abs, ive been doing that for years and i have no abs.
can you guys make a video that tells us what muscle groups are ok to work out in the same session and what ones arnt?
bud do ya have a good diet then …cause they say ”its 10 % exercise 90% diet” the gym only does so much
this does work i been doing stuff just like this for about 4 weeks and well i lost alot weight and ganied mussle and this is a good workout not the best but a good one

Didn’t you hear what he said? This DOES’NT give you abs, but it gives you better posture. That way you’ll look better while standing and walking around. You’re suposed to do this, and the ab workout.
