hi…i was wondering, does anyone know what to do to get those “v” cuts just right below the abs?
You work out your whole body enough. Especially your gluts. Working out the glutes you’ll lose that “pouch” of your lower abs and it will eventually get the V shape.

‘ABS DIET POWER’ Foods:Eat small meals throughout the day.5~6meals.
Almonds and other nuts
Beans and pulses
Spinach and other green vegetables
Diary
Instant hot oat cerial
Eggs
Turkey and other lean meats
Peanut Butter
Olive oil
Wholegrain breads and cereal
Extra Protein (Whey) Powder
Raspberries and other berries.
If you can give me a diet chart i.e. at what time we should eat what?

For diets. Eat Small portions. And Chew slowly. The more you chew, the more your stomach feels like its getting full. Avoid Saturated fats and trans fat. Avoid oily foods and eat low carb foods. However, you can still eat things like.. beef, chicken and pork, as long as the meat isn’t oil’d up and is “lean.”

Yeah true, but you can have some unhealthy foods as long as its in moderation
could do…but not got space for it lol
Yeap. Treat yourself out like once every two weeks. Just don’t.. inhale all of the unhealthy foods. IE. Fast foods with lots of oil, saturated fat.. pastries.. cakes.. pies… etc.
