you dont need it, but you burn more fat when you do cardio after weightlifting
well it certainly helps, one pound of fat burns about 2 calories when a pound of muscle tissue burns 50 in the same time. So when you have more muscle you will lose more calories.

Hmm, I don’t really need a six-pack but I do want a flat stomach. I just need to put the time in. Once you get a six-pack you have to keep eating right and exercising to keep it, that may be the hardest part. You can’t keep a six-pack / flat midsection forever if you don’t keep in shape.
This is good but it should be done along side with weight training to gain muscle. muscle burns fat so more muscle will burn more fat!!
Muscle burns fat, yes. But building muscle while burning fat is no easy task.

i think every 2, 4th and 6th or first 3rd and 5th day…
after your workout ur body needs protein to grow, and after you’ve intaked that protein your muscles needs to rest to grow, if ur sick and want to get better going to work everyday is’nt gonna help, you want to rest to get better first
well, maybe YOUR shoulders have small muscles…… lol!

The thing about shoulder presses are your body has to incoperate other muscles to do them.
So in reality you actually have to recruit you triceps,traps and also your abs and lower back for stablization.
That being said, the shoulders alone are indeed a smaller muscle group.
