    I’m 5′1 and 119 lbs…and all my friends have barley reached 100…and i’m done bieng embarassed about my body! I am going to run a mile each day on the treadmille…it’s not alot but it’s a start and i hope it will help me look better and feel better! Thanks :D

    Cool :] I was like that too.. i am 5′3 and weight 123lbs and i am now getting up at 5:30am in the morning and going for a jog, walking home from school (6kms) and doing a workout at night.. i have lost like 5lb so far! (I have been doing this for about 2 weeks)

    Why are you trying to loose weight you are already a nice size?? I am 26yrs old and i have had 2 kids and i am 4″11 and i weigh about 150.. now that is big you are just fine what size are you trying to be?

    and im like 18 5′7 and about 185 so i could prolly use it lmao

    some ppl just look good when obese cuz they’re tall…
    my friend kris is about 6′5, 25, and hes about 300 lbs…but you really cant notice it till he like lays down (lmao) or takes his shirt off or something…but yeah i know what you mean…i weigh about 185 and am 5′7-5′8 18 yrs of age and im a little over…i think the control for my bmi is like 140 or something…so idk…if ur wanting to lose some id shoot for like 160. but thats if feel uncomfortable with it

    I agree with you running alone is harder (or weird in your terms) but it gets to be a ritual or addiction. But alone it gives you time to think and sort things out. JUST get out and Move…..

    weight is not always the best indicator of overweight or obese. the bmi doesn’t always take into account someones muscle mass. If I went by my BMI then i would be obese but I have a high muscle mass. So that throws it off.
