It also helps if the balls is not pumped up 100%
Walk forward and lower your hips towards the floor. Your hamstrings should be resting on your calves and your legs can rest.
Focus on keeping your shoulder blades in contact with the ball while you lower the dumbbells down.
Keep your chest contracted for the duration of the movement. If you can’t do this, you probably need to work on posture and your rhomboids and middle traps by doing back exercises and stretching your chest.
