Yes I believe the dips did help me with my strength gains. It helped me achieve stronger pressing movements. I have done weighted dips for reps up to 135lbs. But I haven’t done them in awhile. I always switch up my exercises for variety to shock my muscles. =]

Can u show me some tips on how to achieve the triple clap push up?
Can you do a single or a double? If not start on that first.
If you can’t do either. Focus on speed when you do pushups. Push as hard as you can. After awhile you will be able to do a single.
After you master the explosion part (pushing yourself up in the air as hard as possible) try practicing the motion standing up. That helped me achieve the double and triple.

i’m able to do front clap push ups but i couldn’t do the back clap one yet! i think after i master the back clap then the triple clap will be possible, i tried to push myself up hard to do the back clap but not successful yet. So do u think the best way for me is just keep trying until i master the back clap?

You need to practice on speed. Trying pushing yourself up fast with just regular pushups. Also try spreading your legs out. That helps a lot. You can put your legs closer after you get better to increase the difficulty.
