what part of your body will lose the weight cause i want to lose some of my belly fat

  • PewpewFighter

If you tighten your abs while jumping, you’ll start feeling the burn.

Can jumproping make me grow taller?

  • castedbaran

There is absolutely no way to lose ONLY belly fat. Your body takes fat from all over your body. There is NO such thing as “targeting” where you lose fat. Just lose fat and it will come from everywhere on your body. If you want you can google fat loss myths and that will be close to #1 on the lists. Use google, it’s better than a book ;)

It will help with jumping higher… it involves your calves muscles, also burning fat will make you lighter… If you havent reserched, belly fat is mainly two things, 1. over all body fat, 2. diet, like pop and beer are the worst… i found out pot makes me soft appealing. you always here drink water, so do it! i like jump roping with sweats feels like a better work out just rehydrate.

it is absolutely true jump roping is a good way to burn fat. i was 70kg back when I was 15. I jumped my way to 50kg in a span of 2 years. you can try skipping without a rope 1st because it needs coordination, some practice. don’t give up when it doesn’t work initially, with all the tangling and stuff. it’ll get to you with perseverance. put on some music and you’ll be proud to see what you can actually do with just a skipping rope!

  • ramone2185

is that a “speed jump rope”? i was told that a vinyl speed rope is best to use.

  • Razyelgore

  • afggal55

does skipping rope mainly focus on the thighs.

just want to know as soon as possible . =]

  • xXTiberiusXx

yes everything he said is true. it’s not as good as running but it’s about 9/10’s as good as it. you work out most of your body parts when jumping rope

  • froggie9219

    General question:
I’ve always wondered this… I realize that if you exercise, you’ll lose weight from all areas on your body; however, if the first place you gain weight is your belly, is is generally the last place you lose weight? -unless you do a ton of situps or something?

  • helimeef

Yeah dude if you do like 2 minutes of jump roping (you need to work up to that if you’re not fit) and then take 1 minute breaks and just repeat that for like 20 minutes a few times a week then you’ll using thousands of calories more than you would be normally. It’s really a wonderful exercise.

  • tskitz

he jumps rope so fast lmao.
anyways what’s the best kind of jump rope?
