I wonder how long it takes to get abs anywhere close to this,I have a challange with myself for sumemr abs but I dont think it happends in 6 mnths :-/

You can get a 6 pack in 6 months if you work hard and eat correctly. It’s also a state of mind, if you set yourself up thinking you will fail, more than likely you will.

I’ve been doing Stability/Core Ball exercises for only 2 weeks, 20 minutes 5 -6 days a week and already see amazing results… I have definition in my tummy and am on my way to summer bikini season thanks to this workout!!!!
i love this workout, its awesome.
A jump rope with this routine is killer. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and a very disciplined diet. Body fat % has been plummeting. The clean disciplined diet is extremely important. Cruise ship here I come!!!!
i just started working out a few months ago and ive gotten everything in tip top shape but over christmas/new years break i lost my abs and regular crunches just wasnt cuttin it anymore. i started doing this about a week and a half ago and cqan already see my abs coming back. this + a decent diet and just a little cardio will get you abs within a month.

the first one is so fun, i’m going to ditch my other excercises for that one, it works out your whole body especially abs and inner thighs, and that’s exactly what i was looking for : D
