Craig Ballantyne of http://www.TurbulenceTrainingSecrets.com wanted me to share these killer home chest workout videos to you. Pushups are one of the best bodyweight exercises that you can do. Not only does it work your chest, triceps, and shoulders, but it also engages your core muscles too.





That depends greatly on your body. If you’ve already been working out and/or have the muscle you’ll obviously do more than someone that’s just starting to work out. It also depends on if you’re going to be/have been doing other workouts that day. You have to take your energy into consideration. I’d say the first time do 2 or 3 of each variation, and see how it goes. You can then decide if you’re able/should to more or less next time.
It’s obviously possible. As you see in the video. There’s no apparent time lapse or cuts that would indicate that he wasn’t able to do them all in the same day. It all depends on the person though. He obviously works out a lot so his body is ready for it. Someone starting out might not be able to do all the variations or as many reps. Time and effort is all it takes to make it possible though.

When I did my pushups, my goal was to hit 50 nonstop. So, I would do as many as I could each night until I could get to 50 w/o stopping. I stopped doing them because I got “busy” (lazy). I like these vids because they’re free and I need to get back in shape.
So, you should start with something like doing 50 straight or 5 sets of 10 or anything. It doesn’t really matter. JUST START!!! Hope this helps!! :^)

my wrists get tired much faster while i feel almost nothing in my chest area

I suggest doing them on your fists, this guy may have a flashy website but doing to much with flat hands damages the wrist joint. You can get those push up stands for your hands that are slightly better then without.
He also missed out some types of push ups, like weighted push ups and roller push ups but meh what do i know =P
