I have a quick, dumb question. When Pushing up the weights, should I be exhaling or inhaling? Think I do this incorrectly.
Is it Exhaling as I push against gravity?
It sounds like it may just be normal soreness. If it doesn’t go away then check with a professional
inhale when you push, the muscles need the oxygen when you do the most explosive part of the exercise.

From my research i understand that you can follow a simple rule with regards to breathing. Always exhale when you exert force – be it push or pull.
So, If I am benching, I will Exhale when Pushing up the weight, and If I am doing bent over dumbbell rows, I will Exhale as I pull up?

These excercises are OK.. but there’s too much time (1-2 min) to rest.. it’s best to do 20 sec. on/ 10 rest for 4 min. rest 2 min then reapeat circuit again and again if nec… that will kick your ass… add more squatting excercises and less arm excercises for optimum results…. just my humble recommendation.

shuld i do this plan as well as some light cardio to see faster results..am already on a healthy diet
ha ha i really had never watched videos for workout purposes till now, i went from 223 pounds with a 24 body fat percentage to 176 pounds with a 16 percent bodyfat. i have more muscle, look good, psycologycally feel better and i still have more to go … its all about having discipline..

3 weeks ago when i signed up 2the gym i was like 255 29% body fat, what excersizes do u do? how long did it take you?
why more squatting excersizes n less upper body?
because the leg/hip/glute muscles are the largest and therefore recruit more muscles into the excercise requiring more effort and burn more calories and increases your metabolism faster.

how aBOUT when i do a cardio machine like lets say the eliptical, it says it works 4 parts of leg muscles i do it for like 33~66 minutes
we’ll always remember to do cardio AFTER any excercise routine not before, because when you excercise the muscles the glycgen stored in them gets burned up first, then the cardio you do later burns your existing body fat. If you do it the other way around the cardio will burn glycogen and not body fat… But yes the eliptical is good… but nothing beats running “outside”. And on the eliptical or any cardio mach. use the 20/10 system. All out for 20sec. and 10 sec. rest for 4-10 minutes.
