    Yea, it is more of a “Trapp” workout, however, it is in the general region of your shoulders. Giving the appeal of a more “built” shoulder area. Alot of shoulder exercises do hit your trapps along with shoulders, so it only makes sense to throw shrugs in the mix.

    I was wondering about this, can i build chest muscle mass WITHOUT weights ? So far i’ve been doing pressups where body is off the ground so i can go alot deeper in pressups, while this (Overtime) build chest muscle mass ?

    pressups will just shape your chest make it more toned, try putting a backpack on with some heavy items in if you got no weights and do press up with that!

    The weight in the video varied from anbout 30 – 50lbs. It was all they had at that apartment. I typically go alot heavier personally. I like going big, but limited there. For broadening shoulders, do more millitary press and shoulder extentions.

    I was experimenting with puchups the other day and tried something out of the blue… Instead of both hands out to the side, like normal, take one hand and mofe it out, as if your hand is pointing away from you and pointing out to the right. Do a set like that, then take the same hand and put it down by your waist and point it down. KEEP THE OTHER HAND IN NORMAL PUSH UP POSITION! So normal, one hand to the side, then same hand pointing to your feet. Then switch hands and repeat the other side.

    The shoulder extensions were lighter weights. 20lbs I believe. I normally don’t go too heavy on extensions due to losing form.

    wow why do u need 2 minutes rest between sets? does it really matter? ’cause i have a 50 sec rest between sets

    Try it and you will see. You can lift more and better after a longer rest.

    50 sec is perfect for definition but if ur aiming for big muscle mass u need 2′ish mins

    yes u should if you did weight training u would know…to build mass u go heavy so u need longer breaks i take 3 min breaks….so u shouldnt say nothing before knowing u could even research that
