		<description>Yeah i had a nice set of pumas with no cushion and i thought i upgraded when i got some nice running shoes with gel soles.  my squat weight instantly dropped 50lbs.

this also goes for weight gloves.  yeah they save your hands but cause your grip to loosen and the weight to be unstable.  chalk is the best way.</description>
