    I’m with you on coke(I can’t stand diet). For me, it’s not so much the taste but I love the carbonation. So now I drink mineral water sometimes flavored, most of the time plain with lemon or lime. You are so fabulous and inspirational.

    v8 contains alot of sodium and is nutritionless. u give up soda and eat right ur goin to lose weight v8 or not.

    well my advise to people there is a easier way of lossing ponds like how i losed pounds i was a 15 years old and i was 150 pounds and i am now 100 god i feel better now how did i do this well i exersize evry day run and just eat salad and soup np mac donald that wayyy to much fat man cmon i mean like mc danalds u can eat 1nce a week and no more breads just salad and soup that is easy right? and just do exersize and trust me u will loose wheight now dount loose to much tats bad so just do wat ido
