do not do these every day! do them every other day ad combine them with a ab routine. if you dont have a rest day in between working out this area you risk injury! also there is no substitute for cardio and a good nutrition program.

The more muscle you build = The more calories you burn = The more fat you loose.
this really gives you a workout there. if it has effect i don’t know, but i’ve been doing this for about 3-4 weeks and i tell you it’s hard to pass 15 reps. I do normally 3 sets of 20 reps. In the beginning it was 3 sets of 10 reps. of course you have to combine it with other exercises.

Like everything else in nature, the body wants to burn fat efficiently. If you build muscle beneath fat, it may initially look like you are pushing the fat out, particularly after a tough workout. But if it is lean muscle, and you continue to exercise it, it will burn the fat directly over it before it will take it from somewhere else. Doing situps doesn’t move fat from your butt, for example.
