Hello Lee, i love your videos and i think you’re great!
But i have one question, i have been reading about different workout routines and of course alot of people have different opinions on what’s best and all, but im getting a general idea. So my question is, what muscle groups should i work at what days? Say i workout 3 or 4 times a week, how should i plan my workouts?
Should i do Chest and Shoulders one day, Arms(biceps/triceps) one day and then legs and abs and back one day?

Chest/shoudler/tricep – Day 1
Legs/abs – Day 2
Back/Biceps – Day 3

u could do, back and biceps
ches,t triceps and shoulders
legs the next day.
but if u can workout 5 days, here what i do
day one- arms( forearms, biceps, triceps)
two- shoulders
three- back
four- rest
five- chest
six- legs
seven- rest
everybody got some schedule that works for them, so figure what works for you. hopefully this helps

It’s too much for me to go into in a single comment. But if you’ve bought the program for the $1 trial and went through the first months workout DVD e-mail me and I’ll tell you what I didn’t like and what I’d tweak to make it even more effective for muscle growth and injury prevention.,

@2112mike Yo, I have been a customer of Lee’s for some time, and I consider his word GOLD. Plus, I am familiar with Vince’s work through his YT videos and books…..and both of these guys are HONEST businessmen and not scammers! I preferred Lee’s DVD over Vince’s…just because Vince is geared more for skinny hard-gainers.
