Why not? They don’t utilize each other in the exercises that train them. Now if that’s the only two you’re training, I say no. They don’t get your metabolism going as much as with a bigger muscle group like legs or back.

True, but his biceps are still doing most of the work. As long as your biceps do most of the work and your form isn’t so bad that it’s dangerous, then go ahead and do what you feel like. Improper form are used to place less stress on your joints.
whats the soreness on the inside of my elbow? where my biceps and then arms meet? Ive been doing seated curls for my football lifting class and after a month it hurts and goes away, same thing last season.
