    building muscle. I spend half the time flexing lol. It is also an alternative for my axiety disorder. I still have to take medicine though but at a less constat intervals. The medicine makes me drowsy and it also affected in school. But bodybuilding can also be addictive i had to stop for a week because I was overtraining. When you superset you feel a type of burn. Its a little painful at first but in the end you feel so good. It is for health 2

    no dude i wasn’t trying to saying anything about it. I weight lift myself or used to before football (trying to get back into it). I wasn’t like body builder status though, but I was just wondering because all my stupid frineds say I’m going to be short and crap because I’m the strongest and most muscular of my friends. but I’m 14 148 lbs and 5′7.

    Well bodybuilding does benifit in alot of sports. Primarily for me its soccer,freerunning,if your main goal is to stay bulked up it will help with footbal.

    I think you are right Though. I’m not sure but im only 14 years old so I think by the time im 20 Im a hulking power house. I still need to perfect my back routine I can’t feel it working that much
