so, If I understand correctly, in one training session, you would do about 14 different exercise? 2 sets each? and about 21 minutes of cardio.
do you go really heavy on the weights? You do say you do from 15 to 20 reps, so I guess you’re not lifting that heavy, but I just wanna make sure

cardio? 3 minuteS? u mean 30?? u should do from 30 to 60 minutes . depends how fat u r im a lil fat so i do 60 min heheh
