    there are 3 different types of pushups he talks about. He starts off with the neutral or middle pushups, were the dumbells are place perpendicular to your shoulders. This works the middle part of your chest, or pecks. When you place the dumbells really close to one another and you do pushups, you’re working the inside of your chest, the part of your chest closest to your sternum. When you place the dumbells far apart, youre working the outside of your chest, near your armpits

    i been lifting for 1. yr 2 months
    and i gone big , like very nicely
    bu ti have a bit of fat covering my belly , so yeh no good.
    i juss wondering i thing im plateau, coz im not gettn bigger at all!!.
    dotn know , maybe shud i start doin cardio or sumtin ?, but i dont want to loose muscle!! :)

    dont matter how much cardio or weight training you do. u need to eat! eat enough to make up for all that burnt energy, ull stay big and loose the fat

    ok wrx dude just some advice 4 you…
    to lose belly fat interval cardio after workouts are good.. if you have plateaued i wud suggest a week off followed by a new workout… need any advice just see my fitness group on bebo fitness 4 all, no.1 in search

    nice advice m8 thanks! ive been training for two years now i usually do training like chest and calves one day then back n shoulders the next but this gets boring after a while so something like this will be a good change

    Its your diet most likely, or what type of ab training are you doing, are you hitting all the areas? The Upper, Side( Middle) and Lower Ab areas?
