Lee, you have some SICK calves. Your definatly tighter in this video, just a quick question, are you carry the same muscle mass as you where the last time you competed? I only ask because you said you wanted to come in low 190’s or is it that you wanting to be more cut and Really dry? Awesome work man. Keep at it

This might be a stupid question because idk the answer to it but why do you have such a big stomach with abs.. is it because of your muscle weight and your height making it look bulky like that?

Big abs like lees are a result of lifting heavy over the years, your ribs eventually expand and grow heavily with the rest of your body, and when it may look like he has a stomach on him; the reality is that his abs are rock hard

It depends on my routine and training goals, but when focusing on fat loss I’ll do some form of cardio, weight training, or both pretty much everyday.
I’m no expert, but you look like you’re closer to 8 weeks out
One issue I have with your physique in general (and I’m not sure how to fix it) is that your torso looks a little too ‘thick’ (not fat) in your side chest and side triceps poses.

looking great. Only thing thhat i think needs works is your biceps.
your looking good , however you still needs to work the arms , and also get more beef in your back , its abit flat for a top bodybuilder such as yourself. and, also if you work a little bit on your obliques it will give you more of a V shape
