www.AnabolicCooking.net http This is our first workout back after the 2010 Atlantics. Both Dave and I are all full and rebounded after the show. You can get some crazy pumps in the gym right after a bodybuilding show.

    @RealDefentertainment
    I’m just exhausted and bloated. Heck I literally put on 20 pounds in 48 hours that’s a lot of stress on the system.

    @Mac2758
    That’s the bodybuilding tan we have to put on to look dark on stage.

    @theZeroThreeSix
    For the last month before the contest I was doing about 2 hours of cardio a day and weight training for an hour, along with practicing my posing, it was like a second job!

    @karlbartosii
    There’s going to be a DVD on the show made, when I get a copy I’ll post up some clips from it.

  • themusclecook

  • themusclecook

    yur fuckin diesel dude

  • Powerman341

    like the vid ripped is the word.

  • ItsGwame

    Lee do you not think you jerk your body too much during the side raises? You’re swinging your hips forward and moving your torso from bent to straight with each rep. I mean, that sort’ve thing can cause back problems in later life.

  • thatstheguy07

    @themusclecook lol it is indeed unique hahaha i didnt even pick up on the french… i just figured you were another out of breath newfie!! lol
    speaking of which i just saw a pic of you on Vince’s blog today. pumped!!!

  • WCConvict

    @leemhayward that is freaking insane… 2 hours of cardio a-day. Damn, what do your cardio sessions consist of?

  • emeril100

    How did Trish do at the competition? Will you include some video of her competition?

  • murphy0847

    getting 6th is beyond great i’m sure the other guys were huge…and getting best poses means your the real entertainer great job lee…proud to call you an inspiration

  • emeril100

    How did Trish do at her competition?

  • xo1tom1ox

    Hey Lee where did you and dave train?

  • iluvfatchx

    hey lee why did u only do 10 tricep extensions with the left arm and 12 with the right, are u making up the symetry for the right tri to look like the left or is ur left tri failing before 12 reps because it looked like u could of hit 2 more reps to even it out if u wanted too. P.S. ur vascularity is insane how can i improve my vaso?

  • iluvfatchx

    @leemhayward with that kind of training ur nutrition diet has to be on point, right? lots of eating every 2 hrs huh, especially complex carbs for fuel right? did u take in more oats or veggies?

  • iluvfatchx

    @leemhayward do u NEED to put the tan to compete or is it by choice to look more like a golden bronze trophy

  • iluvfatchx

    @ItsGwame fuck it!!!! for delts like that, i would to. everybody is going to back probs in life regardless of training, that’s just what happens when u get old.

  • ItsGwame

    @iluvfatchx That’s a terrible view to have. Besides, you achieve better activation of the delts by using controlled, isolated movement, rather than using your hips and back to gain momentum and effectively cheat. That’s what people do when the weight is too heavy for them to perform the exercise correctly.

  • blackmoore24

    lol ur black

  • iluvfatchx

    @ItsGwame i know but hey it works and u dont do them everytime u train just maybe on ur heavy weeks maybe once or twice a week and the other weeks controlled isolated movements with lighter weight like u said
