    exercise and keep at it i used to be over 200 pound mark and people always called me a fat ass and the real bell ringer for me to get in to shape was my doctor telling me if i didnt loose weight he was going to have to do a diabeties test on me well anyone have that done? well i said hell no and worked out constently watched what i ate and kept at it i lost weight and its noticable so work out dose work so get off the coutch and get those legs moving

    There are millions of apeople like me who are naturally slim but have to be on anti-depressants and gain weight because of it. I work out and eat right EVERYDAY but am still overweight no matter what I do because of my medication. Because of this, I went off of my meds for 4 weeks and lost all of the weight and was so happy to be finally slim again, but was entirely too close to killing myself because I was without my medication. Now I’m back on it and am gaining weight again. It sucks

    im 11 and i weigh 116. im not exactly fat, but i have a slow metabbilism or however you spell it. workouts dont help, but i used to eat only1 meal a day, but i got unhealthy. ive used this exact video for the last 3 months and ive lost 35 pounds.

    Holy crap I’m out of shape… 3 minutes of jumping jacks damn near killed me.

    I’m gonna keep at this thing for a few days though, see if I can eventually make it to the rest of the workout. LOL

    Antidepressants are a sham, broski, or broskiette.

    Stop thinking about the negative and everything will be fine. Don’t think I’m talking out my ass about something I don’t know about, because I myself used to be on antidepressants. It’s all about how you look at life.

    Much better today. Still not ready for the stuff that comes after the Jumping Jacks, but I made it through the Jacks without a huge amount of huffing and puffing, and only 2 extremely short (2-4 sec) breaks.

    I think this workout has some potential.

    just so you know when you eat only 1 meal a day your metabolism actually slows much more. what you want to actually do is eat 6 small meals through out the day. this will keep you with constant energy and speed up your metabolism. =] hope this helps at all

    just eat nothing but protein and fruit and veggies and combine this with running and sit ups and some light boxing and your gonna get fit real fast :)

    Actually I have done that diabetes test, and i was pregnant. Theres nothing more cruel than starving a prego. I use to be 240 went down to 150, gain 20 had a kid lost it all except maybe 5 and now im back up to 200 Ive gained 30lbs since febuary. I notice people talking about anti depressants causing weight gain which i guess could have been my problem but im not on them any more. Im determined to get back down to pre baby

    i just jump rope instead of jumping jacks its much better gets u less tired and works the same muscles,,,
    also u can try different kinds of tricks so ull have fun too :D

    i also put a song thats about 3 minutes so i wont b thinking when its gonna end but just listen to the song and get distracted then u wont even notice as the time goes by…:D

    for 3 weeks long i have only being eating chiken soup and veggies did every day 10 push ups sit ups and belly trainings 3 times a day +1 every day i lost 13kilos =D what do you think about that? good training or whut?
