I didn’t know I had it! I thought it was just a cold until I woke up the next morning. I’m better now after a few days on penicillin but what wonders that medicine does!

I’ve seen trainers in the gym do something similar to this. They tie a band with handles on their clients waist and run behind them with resistence.
i have to ask, why don’t you just go outside, instead of tying yourself to a pole..lol
You can also, just do 5 minutes of Jump Rope.. haa..
1. Doesn’t the band wear out over time? What if it snaps! I bet that would hurt!
2. I feel like that would bruise my hip bone or ribs or something.

I think that is a really good workout. Yet I still would wonder if the band could break. Someone would fall pretty hard if it did. Has it happened?
Also can really heavy people do this ( without the band breaking ) ?
it’s this strange idea called “varying up the workouts so you have a lot of fun”
but i agree, rope jumping for 5 minutes is great too… however most people have heard of that so whats the point of making a video about it?
lol, you don’t completely stop training if you are a little bit sick.
just lessen the intensity/duration and keep your fluids high, more fruits, sleep, etc.

Why is everyone so worried about the band breaking… it’s heavy duty rubber, if you weigh 250lbs, just getter a higher gauge one since you probably have more force output so you would want more resistance.
Even if a 250lb pretty strong dude used that one, he still wouldn’t break it, it would just give a lot more.
