verbally you state 3 things (bent rows, flys, uprights) but the graphic says 4 things (above plus db flyes) and from what I can see, what you perform is 4 actions, bent db flyes 1st and 3rd, rows 2nd. Uprights 4th. I assume what you do is what you recommend (vs what you say briefly and vs the graphic?) Also, why the upright rows? Are the not more medial deltoid than anything else? –respectfully–BW
