Very cool vid! How complete are these workouts? Do they hit all the groups? How about trapezius? Also, does it keep building strength or eventually plateau?
Please…no one ever do the majority of these. You’ll get ripped, but not in a good way. Using momentum is the worst way you can weight train. The recovery on momentum pushes can stress your ligaments in ways they are not ment to be pushed. these might work if you were to slow them all down about half speed and not do all the ones that are reall the same.
Actually, most of those are solid exercises. All of them are good exercises if you are hitting something (like a big tractor tire) at the end of those so-called “momentum pushes”. If you go back and watch, with the exception of one or two of those, he was under tight control over his motion, and was not using momentum in a dangerous way.
Apparently you aren’t familiar with macebells, clubbells, or kettlebells if you think momentum work is bad for you.
this are not exercises for a bodybuilder no, but these are excellent for Martial Artists/Fighters. Actually for fighters theese kind of exercises are better that “ordinary” wheightlifting.
YUP! I STRONGLY AGREE with you mate
It helped me a LOT in my boxing, TKD n grappling. Even helped me in playing basketball
I agree with you, I am a certified Personal Trainer and although some of these could be good for certain athletes they would def be signing a waiver because of massive joint stress and high injury risk. Also I would not preform a lot of these exercises (balance, squat ect.) because I have seen what a dumbell can do to a human skull and Im guessing a hammer isnt much different DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME
I love the “Destroyer” move at 2:53, looks like a Chimp found your hammer and is going nuts with it.
