Total Fitness Bodybuilding Video Blog March 27, 2009
www.leehayward.com Lee Haywards Total Fitness Bodybuilding Video Blog Post. I just picked up a flip video camera and this is my initial test run video with it and Im quite surprised with the overall video quality for such a small camera. Im going to be using this camera to help me create even more workout and nutrition video clips along with a Total Fitness Bodybuilding DVD of the month program. This will provide you with more in depth training and nutrition information, motivation, along with practical tips that you can use day to day to make it easier to stick to a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle and build the lean muscular body that you truly want.

Agreed – decent quality. Now show us some muscles.
It’s clear and good audio. Which model did you buy?
Yeah, man, you made a good buy because like everyone else has stated, the quality is really good. I look forward to your videos more now just because the quality has made a drastic improvement.
wow the quality is good! May i noe what model is tat ? haha =D
Man seriously, i try to make it in bodybuilding. But like you say, i work i go out, i dont have the time to eat all the time.
I REALLY wanna know the deal with Lee’s accent, cause he’s got a real big time Irish twang going on, if you read this clear it up for me cause I’m really intrigued lol
I live in Newfoundland.
Is there a strong Irish community where you live then? Some of the words you say sound 100% Irish!
Its funny to me that people think you have an Irish accent maybe some of these people need to take a tour of Canada and here some of the accents we have here, and really lee here has a very small almost unnoticeable accent at least for me anyway.
Lee, I think you are right on the money regarding application. Also, I think we all need more motivation. We should work to encourage one another and share best practices. I would benefit from a more indepth info and I applaud your past contributions and look forward to the DVD’s.
