Unique Bicep Exercise For Building Bicep Peak

www.leehayward.com This is a unique bicep exercise that is great for finishing off a bicep workout and getting a good peak contraction throughout the biceps. You set it up by attaching a single handle to the low pulley cable row machine. Sit far ahead on the bench, bend your knees at 90 degree angles, and brace your elbow on the inside of your knee. Perform concentration curls with one arm at a time, similar to how you would if using dumbbells. But because the exercise uses a cable instead you’ll get constant tension on the muscles at all times through the full range of motion.

    you’ll get good tension at the top but you can’t tell me the tension at the bottom is the same as the weight of a dumbbell. I could do cable bicep work all day but have to give the dumbbells a rest after ten minutes.

    I was wondering do holding your stomach tight while your doing bicep curls make a big different from when you not holding your stomach in doing bicep curls if it do whats the difference ?

    Just keep your overall form tight, but I wouldn’t purposely try and suck in my gut when doing any exercise as it limits your breathing. I’ll usually breath deep between reps.

    When I work my biceps after I get done I dont feel the muscle soreness like how I do my other body parts I’m talking about in the gym or the day after why is that ?

    I be lefting with intensity

    I dont feel it in my shoulders either

    i don’t like all these exercises for your biceps i just stick to the basic bicep curl against your leg it works great but it takes a very long time for your biceps to build

    i used to get that, i do 3 or maybe 4 exercises for my biceps now with little rest between sets and after i feel exhausted. just use good form, slow and controlled is the best way.

    I dont feel it in my Deltoid but I feel it when I work my trap muscles why is that ?

    @kassemhameed if you want just wide thick biceps then do hammer curls

    shoulder position don’t look the best. For people with messed up shoulders i don’t think would be a good idea

    hey, a hint my dad once taught me, when curling, keep your wrists bent backwards, that way you focus the lift on your biceps and not on your forearms. to see what i mean, put your hand above the back of your elbow and bend your wrist back and forth and you’ll feel your forearms relax when bent backwards
