2) i wana be a fast runner and i heard that the back and chest muscles need to be very powerful before you can run very fast so how would i be able to achieve this because i have a feeling that wheb the time im satisfied with their strength i will have slowed down.

pushups is a great exercise for da upperback chest tricep and also forearms

Push-ups do not work forearms. Pull-ups do.

be sure to keep ur back flat, but it is entirely possible u have a back that is stronger than ur tricep at the given weight.
basiclly ur triceps might be your weakpoint. stick with it eventually u’ll feel it in ur back
oks.. cuz before i tried doin it i did like 15 and it still didnt hurt my back only triceps. I was thinkin im doin wrong but like no i wasnt.
