  • ilabstudios

Reminds me of some of the Bulgarian training I’ve seen. Most of those guys train gymnastics for parkour, breakdance or martial arts.

  • hyperich11

@david, bro u dont need that much strength 2 achieve in moves like these. More, patience & continued dedication. Thats what combining ALL TRAINING givs u. Man me & my frie bin trainn hard since 13!..

  • hyperich11

..thats 10yrs. I wud train AS HARD, WIV THE SAME SETS, REPS, PRINCIPLES, AS PRO BODYBUILDERS. Bt its only the last 5yrs that i realised im nt guna get 20in arms, u c im an athlete that NEEDS 2 respond 2 FULL body movements and balence control to respond to training.

  • hyperich11

..who wants 20in guns anyway. Pah. Glad im no gym rat anymore!. Each week i c the same faces workn in vain. when alot of them r caught up by vanitys dark side, wivout lookn deeper into WHY they cant easyly squat 320 & get tired after 20min run!

Last4ever, do I have to train like that every day, or I have to rest between every training session?
Oh and also, I go to the gym, when should I train like you and when to the gym?(sorry if my english is not very good)

  • Siverfang111

man thats cool i wanna start wroking out on my upper body strenght i wonder how long it took you to get that strong….

    p.s. nice song

  • stuntmanofthefuture

actually the only possible problems, which i have from overdosing on chin ups and planche pushups

  • Preytor13

damn, I wish I could get back to strength training, I’ll use your vid as a guide for sure

unfortunately, injured my rotator cuff in my shoulder :(

  • BrooklynLou

you remind me of “the little bboy that couldn’t” lol no offense, but dope core strength nonetheless. some of your routines are actually going to mess you up in the future (your body will suffer later, trust me). Im a former breaker and i could do all sorts of crazy stuff, and now my joints are stiff and in pain sometimes. Don’t just think about your short-term benefits like amazing feats of strength, but think about where you’ll be a few years from now : )

  • angrygunsmith

fuck u got a sexy planche, its possible tha ti jsut build up heaps of relative strength and just do the planche.

  • vvushurichard

amazing! proper sick man. are you a gymnast?

  • red88man

    I admire ur creativity

  • GeneralFighter911

  • geoffcraft

Cool video! I really enjoyed your staggered handstand pushups!

  • leontanko

    some routines like what? o.o

  • pts2410

Good shit man. I’m not too sure how good it is for your joints to go to such extremes on your pushups and whatnot, but I can’t hate because it seems like you’re doing just fine. I’ll definitely add some of these exercises into my planche training routine.

  • lukeduke881

he puts his fucking feet on the wall… you have to be strong yes but not extremely strong to do those… notice how he only does two or three reps and has to stop… someone tooting their own horn if you ask me.

  • DavidSlagter

True, true. He probably aint THAT strong but hey, then it’s a good excersice for beginners ;) It’s cool of him doing the efford to help ppl showing their ways of training.

  • UrbanNinja56

dude, this guy can do push ups without his feet touching the ground, he is sick

  • jdmracer69

dang you could be a power head if you were a bboy your badass man

  • SarcasticPrick2008

Now that was impressive. So what if he only dose two – three reps, i couldn’t even lift my feet of the ground let alone do pushups like that.

  • bboyamor

check bboy Junior that is real strength
