that is indeed the correct way to apply product to the skin. you always massage insertion to orgin or else you can weaken or damage the muscle.

1) I downloaded a nutrition/exercise tracking template after watching your videos. Exercise I’ve got (see below) but I really need to fine-tune my eating so I’m going to try this week.
2) ) I’m doing strength training according to a book called The New Rules of Lifting for Women. It also requires you to track what you’re doing. I’m about halfway through Stage 1 and I can see that I’m getting stronger! Tracking REALLY makes a difference.
I lost 7 pounds so far this month. I’m not going to talk about it too much but it was motivated by my lifestyle change and your encouraging words. i also did what you said about not spending my whole work out on one machine. Switch it up IS SO TRUE! i lost 30 pounds in 3 months in 2007 and the only work out I was doing was elliptical which is not bad but i and my body got BORED and I gave up. As of now I dont think of the bike as being low calorie burner anymore.
watching this video made me feel like I was sitting through a sermon that was ment for me.Thank you I needed to hear it as much as you needed to say it .I fell off and have learned not to beat myself up and to start building up and finding my way again.You helped alot and I look forward to your next video.You are great…

sprinting is scientifically a better workout than long distance running,u burn more fat and increase your metabolism.
O yes. I interval train…..that is the absolute best for the metabolism. You mix in high paces with low. That sizzles fat and builds endurance.
you mentioned you use a tracker to keep track of water and fat and all that…what tracker did you use?
I thought i was the only one who would exercise for long periods of times. I would exercise sometimes 2 or 3 hours a day. It is nice to know that i am not the only one that exercised for long periods of time. Thanks for the video sista.
