Workout with weights for around an hour…and then it is best to do cardio at a separate time mainly in the morning when your glyucogen is low…otherwise if you do not have time during the day to split it up then perform your cardio bout right after your weight workout for 20-30 mins doing high intensity interval training where you are doing a lot of sprints and fast runs combined with slower jogs and moderate paced runs to increase your VO2 output and maximize your fat burning potential!!!
u should work lower body as well…im not sure if your done gaining mass but once you have reached your goal you should shed that extra fat to get them crazy bitches

working out over an hour can lead to catabolism. Intense and short is the way to go.
LOOK FOR BETTER RESULTS nd the trick to not overtrain is simple,
train like a boxer, how? first thing is buy heavybag, speedbag, you can work those for hours boxers do, jog, and thers more.

i feel i may be resting too much between sets- is it very important to keep rest a little as poss?
i workout about 1:15-1:30 and i rest a minut inbetween. should i shorten it?
