		<description>Workout with weights for around an hour...and then it is best to do cardio at a separate time mainly in the morning when your glyucogen is low...otherwise if you do not have time during the day to split it up then perform your cardio bout right after your weight workout for 20-30 mins doing high intensity interval training where you are doing a lot of sprints and fast runs combined with slower jogs and moderate paced runs to increase your VO2 output and maximize your fat burning potential!!!</description>
