Workout Routine – Get Ripped Conditioning
Here is the first part of a conditioning slashy “getting ripped” style of workout routine. This part of the workout routine hits the cardio, legs, chest and back with compound exercises. The lunges exercise workout the legs and so does the cardio that is done during the active rest on the stepper. The pushup to dumbell row superset works the core, chest and back. All in all its a fast, fun and highly effective workout with great exercises that will get you ripped but still work the muscles …

Another unscientific workout to add to the millions already in existence. There’s nothing here other than getting up and moving around to burn calories. In other words, you could just run on a tredmill and get the exact same results.
And having fun while burning calories is a bad thing because…
I wouldn’t use as much height on the risers if the client was short but I love the pushup/row combo
